Q: Besides the conference, what does my Stocktoberfest ticket include?
A: Your ticket includes not only access to the conference, but breakfast, lunch, and two snacks. You’ll also get access to the first annual CashTag Awards and the after party.
Q: I would like to speak at Stocktoberfest and would like to pitch to you; how can I do this?
A: Stocktoberfest is unlike other conferences in that we don’t typically accept pitches for our regular speaker sessions. Instead, we look specifically for those who are at the top of their niche in the industry – if this is you, drop me a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Is Stocktoberfest held in an accessible venue?
A: Yes, Guastavino’s is fully accessible, and our layout accommodates for everyone. If you have any worries or specific questions, please contact email@example.com
Q: Do you provide student discounts?
A: We do provide $100 off a full-priced ticket on general admission tickets. For full-priced ticket discount, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Sadly, I can’t make it to Stocktoberfest this year. Do you refund tickets?
A: Full refunds on full-priced tickets will be given if tickets are canceled by Friday, March 3, 2017. Discounted tickets can only be transferred to another person, and they must be transferred by Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Please contact us. Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket to another person on your team or an industry friend at any pricing level.
Q: Will Stocktoberfest be recorded? Can I record something?
A: Parts of the event will be recorded by our team of professional a/v staff and the videos edited for your viewing pleasure. We ask that attendees do not record the sessions themselves without prior permission.
